NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Robeson County Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 5:00 o'clock p.m. on Monday, May 20, 2024 in the Robeson County Administration Center, 550 North Chestnut Street, in the City of Lumberton, North Carolina. The purpose of this hearing is to consider the following requests:

Case# 2024- 948174 - Randy Colvin, St. Pauls Twp., District 8. Consideration of a Variance of Robeson County Zoning Ordinance Section 3.6 (d) which requires a minimum fifteen (15) foot side yard setback for the principle building & Section 3.6 (e) which requires a minimum thirty (30) foot rear yard setback for the principle building. The purpose for this Variance is to allow for the establishment of a Floor Covering Business on a 1.52+/- acre tract, more or less, in a Residential Agricultural District (R-A), located on Community Road; Submitted by Randy Colvin (Applicant/Owner).

Case# 2024- 948950 - Gladys Maldonado, Burnt Swamp Township, District 5. Consideration of a Variance of Robeson County Zoning Ordinance Section 3.6 (d) which requires a minimum fifteen (15) foot side yard setback for the principle building. The purpose for this Variance is to allow for the placement of a single family dwelling on a 1.17+/- acre tract, more or less, in a Residential Agricultural District (R-A), located on Duckery Road; Submitted by Gladys Maldonado (Applicant/Owner).
