PUBLIC HEARING

ZONING CHANGES

The Newberry City Council will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday June 3, 2025, at 7:00 pm am.in the Council Chambers of City Hall at 1330 Main Street. The purpose is:

1. Review the request to revise the Zoning District for the property at TMS-401-64 from R-6- High Density Residential to RD-Residential Development.

2. Review the request to revise the Zoning District for the property at TMS-401-65 from RMX-Residential Mixed-Use to RD-Residential Development.
