West Pittston Borough requires professional services and advice for the following project:
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR STUDY, DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION PHASES OF FLOOD DAMAGE REDUCTION PROJECT AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT AND COMBINED SEWER SEPARATION PROJECT FUNDED BY FEMA, PEMA, COUNTY ARPA, PA-ARPA H20 AND CDBG-DR.
West Pittston Borough is pleased to invite your firm to submit a written “Request for Proposal” for this project. West Pittston Borough shall negotiate a contract with the highest qualified firm, subject to the evaluation of information received from interested firms, for necessary services, for a fee which the Borough determines to be fair and reasonable. Should the Borough be unable to negotiate a satisfactory contract with the firm considered to be the most qualified, the Borough shall then undertake negotiations with the second most qualified firm.
