Lakeland School District Attention: Food Service Management Companies
The Lakeland School District is requesting proposals for school food service management services. The Food Service Management Company will provide management services according to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) regulations and guidelines, as well as the Pennsylvania Department of Education policies and guidelines.
Food Service Management Companies and/or their representatives may submit proposals to:

The Lakeland Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or to accept the proposal that it finds, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the school district.
A walk-through meeting is scheduled for April 9, 2024 at 11:15 a.m. at the Lakeland Jr/Sr High School.
All proposals must be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. on May 2, 2024. All proposals should be delivered in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Lakeland School District and be clearly marked: Food Service Management Proposal.
All Sealed proposals will be opened at 12:01 p.m. on May 2, 2024 in the District Office. All Food Service Management Companies are invited to attend.

AUTHORITY SOLICITOR
The LCRA is pleased to invite your firm to submit a written “Statement of Qualifications” for professional legal services. The LCRA shall negotiate a contract with the highest qualified entity, subject to the evaluation of information received from interested responders, for necessary services, for a fee which the LCRA determines to be fair and reasonable.
The Authority Solicitor functions to provide legal services for analysis of federal, state and local law. This attorney shall be responsible for, among other duties, the crafting of resolutions and agreements and for providing legal advice on matters of executive and legislative decisions, human resources and personnel.
